Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.

Email Nanimarketplace.support@gmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send instructions and the return address.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days of the return arriving.

For a different size or colour, return the original and place a new order — it's the fastest route.

For hygiene reasons, intimates, earrings, beauty and fragrance can only be returned if sealed and unopened.
